Showing how to SMOOTHLY watercolor in layers, in a sketchbook, in Brooklyn, in 2018. All watercolor is Windsor Newton professional grade, dried half-pans. I bound the sketchbook myself with Fabriano Artistico 90 lb. hot-press 100% cotton paper (binding methods, my hybrid of case binding crossed with tape binding: https://youtu.be/N8tdpuV35uA).

Improv drawing on a limited edition silkscreen of my Snowdrop Windflower. - available here: https://teplin.com/prints/sundrop-l36k5 India ink with a Gillott 290 nib on top of the six-color hand pulled silkscreen. Measures 24" x 18". Printed with archival inks on very thick, 320 gm Coventry 100% cotton rag paper.
